The steps to stop a Kling4 subscription in Settings, what keeps working until your paid date, what becomes of your credits afterwards, and when a purchase can be refunded.
You can stop a Kling4 subscription yourself at any time, without contacting anyone. Cancelling switches off renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Billing and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Review the list of benefits that end with the plan, along with the date your access lasts until.
- Pick a reason if you want to (it is optional) and continue.
- Confirm. You will see that auto-renewal has stopped, together with the date your plan remains active until.
Want to undo it? Before that date, return to Settings → Billing and choose Resume Subscription.

Purchases with nothing to cancel
Credit packs never renew. There is nothing to switch off: the credits simply run out when used or when they expire.
Refunds
Refunds only apply to a new purchase (a first subscription payment, an upgrade or a credit pack), and only when both are true:
- you ask within 3 days of buying, and
- you have not spent a single credit from that purchase.
Payment processing fees may be deducted from an approved refund, as described in the refund policy. Renewal charges cannot be refunded, even if the new credits are untouched.
To ask, email support@kling4.video from your account address with the subject Refund Request, your order number, the purchase date and the amount. An approved refund removes the remaining credits that came with that purchase. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a chargeback can lead to the account being suspended. FAQ
Where is the cancel button?
Open Settings, go to Billing and choose Cancel Subscription. The dialog lists what the plan gives you today, asks for an optional reason, and then confirms the date your plan runs until.
Will my plan stop the moment I cancel?
No. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Your plan stays in place until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Do my remaining credits disappear?
No. Credits already on your account stay until their own expiry date, so use them before then. Your credit history shows each expiry date.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, as long as the paid period has not ended. Go back to Settings, Billing and choose Resume Subscription to keep the plan renewing.
Will cancelling refund this month?
Not by itself. A new purchase can be refunded only if you ask within 3 days and you have not spent any of its credits, minus payment fees. Renewal charges are never refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next one.
